PICKLES is a sweetheart, loves everyone, once she's introduced properly.  She is a beautiful dog with strawberry brindle coat and a white head.  She has speckles all over and red lips which looks like she's wearing lipstick.  She is good with most other dogs, but for some reason, has issues with a few select individuals.  We've been unable to determine exactly what sets her off.  It's rare, but if pushed she will react to other very submissive dogs.  She was originally savaed from a trash dumpster by a kind soul, who was not able to keep her.  Nana's interviened rather than her going to a kill facility.

We've had Pickles living with a foster since she was a puppy, but the foster is no longer able to care for her.  She's been living 4 other dogs mostly without issues.  She has issues with only one dog, Otherwise she's great.

Pickles likes to sleep with her human, and will tell you when she's hungry or thirsty, uses a doggie door, and loves treats.  Pickles gets nervous on car rides, but hasn't had a lot of experience outside the home.  We feel she would adjust quickly to a new home with the proper person.

More about PICKLES

Good with Dogs, Not Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Special Needs: She has a pulled tendon in her leg which only occasionally bothers her. We have chosen not to do surgery since it rarely bothers her.
